We had a wonderful stay at Frattina Deluxe YH. The location was excellent, especially for exploring the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, restaurants, shopping, and other major sights in Rome. It made our short family trip very easy and walkable.
Oksana was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Check in was simple, communication was clear, and she made the process smooth for our family. She also helped with our early arrival and made sure we were taken care of.
The apartment worked well for our family of four, and we appreciated the comfort, convenience, and location. This was a special trip for us, and we are grateful for the hospitality.
I would recommend this property for families or anyone wanting to stay in a central area of Rome.
I liked everything. There is nothing to criticize.

Posizione eccellente .
L’Appartamento è bello e spazioso , nulla da dire .
Il fatto di aver trovato l’Aria condizionata accesa è apprezzabile .
Macchina nespresso comoda .
Migliorerei la pulizia ( ho trovato uno scovolino usato e una cuffia per capelli usata per terra in camera ).
Il Pavimento quando si cammina trema tutto in camera da letto , forse per la pendenza .
Materasso non comodo e cuscini da cambiare perché troppo morbidì .
Doccia un po’ complicata da usare .
Semmai mettere delle indicazioni
Il check in e’ troppo tardivo alle 15 e il check out alle ore 10 esatte e’ migliorabile .
Suggerirei un equilibrio tra check in alle 13.30 e check out alle 11.30 .
In 2 ore è fattibile la pulizia .
Poche indicazioni per aprire la porta di ingresso ( la chiave apre al Contrario ) e ho avuto difficoltà a comunicare con la struttura al Mio arrivo ( non rispondevano )
Per lasciare i bagagli suggerisco di indicare lo store Luggage che si trova in via Mario de fiori 6 dato che non hanno modo di far appoggiare i bagagli all arrivo o alla partenza
È davvero utile per chi arriva prima o parte più tardi .
