Acogedora Casa con Vistas al mar en Aigua Xelida

Marinada House is a townhouse located in a residential community in Tamariu, just a 5-minute walk from Cala de Aigua Xelida. It’s an ideal place to relax near the most beautiful towns on the Costa Brava (Calella, Begur, Pals...). Shades of white and blue dominate every room in the house, and its views of the sea and a pine grove right in front of the house make it a truly special place. On the main floor, you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen, the living-dining room with a dining table that seats up to 10 people and offers direct access to the terrace, and a guest bathroom. The bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The house features three double bedrooms (one of which opens onto a balcony with ocean views and has an en suite bathroom) and a bedroom with bunk beds. On this same floor, there are two full bathrooms.

The house features several outdoor areas. There is a terrace at the front of the house with a barbecue, and another terrace at the back with a chill-out area featuring sofas and lounge chairs, as well as a large wooden dining table that seats up to 12 people, all with ocean views.

In the community area of the development, you can enjoy three swimming pools, tennis courts, table tennis, and a playground.

There is parking available right on the street in front of the house.
