This is a very nice house located in a quiet and well-established neighborhood
There is off-street parking (the garage is not available for use); stone stairs and a ramp lead up from the parking area to the house’s porch and front door.
The entryway leads to a large, open living/dining room with hardwood floors; the kitchen has been recently renovated and features a dishwasher, a gas stove, an electric oven, and a large fridge/freezer. One double bedroom (queen-sized bed) with an en-suite bathroom and a balcony (connected to the main balcony), one twin bedroom, and one additional double bedroom, as well as an additional large shower room and a separate toilet. There is one double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and air conditioning, located next to the kitchen, making the villa very flexible for either one family seeking extra space or two families staying together.
