This luxury property is located in the exclusive residential area of Aigua Xelida with beautiful panoramic views and built to a high standard.The villa is a 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach cove of Aigua Xelida.
This Mediterranean style, villa is located on a sunny south facing plot and which is sunny all day long.
The living space is open plan leading by French doors from the sitting dining area, off the kitchen, to the extensive covered terrace for dining al fresco all year round. The property has a garden area with pine trees and native vegetation, a heated 7 x 4 m pool with solarium area and built in barbecue.
The kitchen is spacious, equiped with high quality domestic items and a sizable island counter. There is also a well equipped utility room. Also on the ground floor you will find a double en-suite bedroom and a hallway with staircase up to first floor and down to garage.
On the first floor there are three generous sized bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and two bedrooms have direct access to a large outdoor semi covered sun terrace with mountain and distant sea views. Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes so there is lots of storage space.
There are also two terraces to the front of the property one on each level.
There is also off-street parking.
Being just a short distance from the lovely sandy beach of Tamariu with its excellent seafront restaurants, local baker and grocery store makes this charming property the perfect base from which to enjoy this stunning coastline.

Beautiful property, immaculately clean, everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking family meals. Bedrooms were spacious with spotless linen. Fabulous pool for cooling down and many outdoor eating areas. We loved it so much it was hard to drag ourselves out to the beach. It's a short walk to Cala d'Aigua Xelida cove, but a longer one to Tamariu beach (we drove - go early because parking is scarce). Would absolutely go back. We went with 3 adults and 3 boys (17-21) but the pool was fully fenced so I would have no issue taking toddlers there.
