Casa Idanna: House in Tamariu (Begur)
The 260m² house is built around a patio of light. On a 1000m² plot of land in the middle of pine trees, with several terraces, it is within walking distance of a cove and the village.
A beautiful sea view from the living rooms and from the swimming pool
The house has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, and is fully air-conditioned.
Ideal for 2 families
Possibility of parking
This corner of the Costa Brava has remained unspoilt.
There are beautiful hiking trails that run along the sea.
Kayak trips to visit caves, diving centers to admire the seabed and turquoise waters to simply swim.
It is also a very popular place for cycling enthusiasts; it is not uncommon to see professional teams training.
And for golfers, the golf course is a 20-minute drive away.
Wine lovers, you will also find the largest shopping area in Europe.
My husband and I fell in love with this little corner of paradise while discovering the Costa Brava; we loved this unspoilt coast far from the seaside resorts where concrete has taken over but at the same time we are not far from places to party.
House not suitable for children under 10 years old (pool and terrace not secured)
For a short stay of less than 3 nights extra cleaning fee
On the first floor you will find the entrance opening onto the patio of light. It leads to the living room on the left below with terrace and sea view; on the right the large kitchen, real living space opening onto a terrace with sea view
You will also find a bathroom, a toilet and 2 communicating rooms opening onto an intimate terrace.
Upstairs, you will find the master suite with sea view from the bedroom and 2 other bedrooms.
These 3 bedrooms all have an en-suite bathroom with toilet; they also have direct access to the terrace overlooking the pool.
At the pool level, you will have the sea view and you will find different terraces, a hammock net above the patio of light to lie on.

It was honestly heaven! Clean, beautiful light, aircon was amazing, the pool area and the views were incredible. We will be back! It was the perfect family villa!

We spent a wonderful week at Casa Idana with our extended family of 9 including one 7 year old. The house has stunning views and fantastic outdoor pool/seating/living areas. It is very comfortably furnished and we loved the open plan aspect. The house is a 20 minute walk down a steep hill into Tamairu which is a beautiful little town with a great bus service to nearby Llafranc and Palafrugell. Overall we would definitely recommend to lovely Casa Idanna - ideal for larger groups looking for a really lovely home to stay in.
