About this villa rental
The villa LA MAGNIFICA in Tamariu with its exceptional location offers an ideal place to relax in total privacy. Here one lives in harmony with the environment, it was designed so as to benefit both from outside and from within. It is spacious, bright, comfortable and has WIFI with optical fiber. Its multitude of terraces for enjoying every moment of the day by choosing the shade or the sun, the sea view or the view of the pines and hills, according to his desires. The pool can be heated in May, June, September, October.
At street level you can park two cars in the garage where there is a freight elevators for shopping and luggage. A staircase offers access to the villa in a dominant position.
On the ground floor are living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The living room opens onto a terrace and the infinity pool (10 mx 4 m) facing the sea offering a spectacular sight.
A higher half floor you have 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with double sinks and shower opening onto the rear terrace, garden.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom with double sinks, shower, toilet and bath with sea view and access to a terrace.
On the roofs you will enjoy 2 large terraces with panoramic sea and mountain views.

A wonderful haven on the hilltop with perhaps the best pool and the best view of the sea you could imagine or wish for. Owners/hosts delightful.

We had the most wonderful stay at Elisabeth and Pierre’s house and would highly recommend it to anyone considering a trip to the beautiful Costa Brava.From the warm welcome that we received from our gracious hosts Elisabeth and Pierre to the amazing house, we have nothing but positive comments to make.We were a family group of 7 adults and the house worked very well for the large group. Accommodation was comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the living areas flowed seamlessly from indoors to the beautiful outdoor area and wet edge pool. The views over the ocean were amazing and only matched by the mountain views at the rear of the house or roof top terrace where we watched some amazing sunsets.We found the location perfect for easy day trips to many of the places we had earmarked to visit on the Costa Brava and a wonderful haven to return to after a day at the beach or exploring nearby towns.We would definitely rate this a 7 out of 5 and thanks again to Elizabeth and Pierre for being such wonderful hosts.

We had a truly magical two weeks in this lovely home.
From our initial tour of the house and greeting from Elisabeth we were made to feel at home.
The sea views from the villa were stunning and every day we spent time outside in the terrace enjoying watching the activities taking place in the bay or at the back of the villa watching the sun set. The night time views were spectacular under a full moon. We were even treated to an eclipse of the moon during our stay.
The villa was very well equipped with all modern conveniences and we had everything we could ever need. It is well situated and has been designed to make the most of the local sea breezes but also has air conditioning of required.
In addition to being very well stocked with crockery and all the utensils you could ever need there were also an abundance of cleaning materials. The villa is set up high and has a lift for taking up suitcases and food items (very useful as there are a number of steps).
A short drive away are all local amenities including a choice of four super markets. Lots of lovely restaurants and bars all within easy reach.
The local beach, Aigua Blava, was a few minutes away by car and only cost €3 per day. The swimming there was lovely in the crystal clear waters.
I would heartily recommend this lovely home to others.
