Amazing home away from home! A+++++

Amazing family run bed and breakfast / mini hotel in a beautiful northern Italian farming valley. The hotel itself is newly renovated it seems with modern amenities. From the time we arrived we felt at home in the apartment. Apartment is equipped with full kitchenette, small living room with sofa bed / TV, and seperatr bedroom with all amenities. The outside garden is beautiful and suitable also for small children to play. I would highly recommend the place !

Nothing at all. If I had to be picky I would say include netflix / Amazon prime / YouTube on the TV, but besides that, zero complaints.

The perfect location to stay in Prad.

This is a new apartment block of 10 apartments located 5 minutes walk from the town center. Facilities in the apartment were complete, we had everything we needed. The family owners were very friendly and helpful. Access to the upper floors was by lift. Our stay was excellent.

Tutto era meraviglioso, l'ambiente era caldo, i materassi e i cuscini erano comodissimi, ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile con noi. Se torneremo da questa zona, sicuramente alloggeremo qui.

Idealne miejsce na przerwę w motocyklowej podróż

Podróżowaliśmy grupą motocyklową. Obiekt posiada wewnętrzny, bezpieczny parking. Okolica cicha i spokojna. Bardzo duży balkon z widokiem na góry. Przywitani zostaliśmy przez bardzo miłych i uprzejmych właścicieli. Pokoje duże i przestronne. Bardzo czysto. Aneks kuchenny wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne przedmioty. Łóżka mogłyby być trochę wygodniejsze, jednak to ostatecznie nieistotny szczegół.

Appartement is groot en superschoon. Van alle gemakken voorzien! De familie is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er is een heerlijk tuin maar wij hadden twee balkons dus hier geen gebruik van gemaakt. Tip; ga eten bij de Fischersstube !

Sehr nette Familie und Personal wo sich wirklich alle sehr persönlich um ihre Gäste kümmern. Gute Tipps und tolles Frühstück, welches wir für € 14 pro Person dazu bestellt haben. Es gab sowohl Salziges als auch Süßes, Gemüse (Paprika, Gurken, Tomaten) und frisches Obst. Eier konnten in jeder Form dazubestellt werden und wurden frisch zubereitet. Ich komme wieder :-)

Die Nähe zur Straße. Wobei in der Nacht praktisch keine Autos zu hören waren, aber untertags ist da schon relativ viel Verkehr.

Schöne einfache Unterkunft mit sehr herzlichen und fürsorglichen Gastgebern,

Sehr herzlich, außergewöhnlich tolles Frühstück, sehr saubere Zimmer und bequeme Betten.

— Wenn man sehr pingelig ist, könnte man sich vielleicht daran stören, dass auf jedem Stockwerk ein Staubsauger steht und auch in den Appartements die Besen/Wischer herumstehen. Dafür ist aber alles auch sehr sauber :-)

Nette und zuvorkommende Betreiber,.

Es war alles da was man braucht, das Bad war neu und sehr schön. Es gab einen separaten Fahrradraum direkt am Parkplatz. Und es gab kaltes Zielbier.💪👍🍻
