In July 2021 Rakuten STAY will be newly opened in a quiet villa area with abundant nature in Sengokuhara Hakone

基本的にはとても綺麗でした。
備え付けのルンバがゴミがぎっしりたまっていてそちらが残念でした。
しかし、ゆっくり出来て満足でした。

子連れの家族3人で利用しました。
事前に届いた暗証番号で開錠でき、備え付けのタブレットで、チェックインも非常にスムーズに出来ました。
食事なしのプランで予約したため、車で数分の所にあるＡコープというスーパーで食材を買って持ち込みました。
（品揃えはそこまで良くないので、こだわる方はクーラーボックス等で自宅から持ってくる方が良いです）
また、徒歩5～6分（車で1～2分）にローソンもあるので、買い物には困りません。
温泉は勿論のこと、足湯や電気暖炉、スピーカー付きライト、寝室のプロジェクター等、設備は最高です。
困った場合には、部屋にあるタブレットから、オペレーターにビデオ通話で質問もでき、対応も丁寧でした。
注意点としては、カーナビに住所を入れると少し離れた所になってしまうので、近くまで来たらGoogle Mapに切り替える or マップコードを入力することをお勧めします。
南館が9月にオープンとのことなので、また行ってみたいなと思います。

生憎天気が悪かったので、庭でのBBQが楽しめなかったのが残念。自炊する場合、調味料は必要なものを持参する必要があります。100均等で事前に購入することをお勧めします。
