Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

A third bedroom has a queen bed, and the fourth is a Toy Story-themed kids' room with two single beds and a TV - a dedicated space little ones will love. The living room also features a queen-size memory foam sofa bed for additional flexibility.

When the parks can wait, the air-conditioned game room delivers. Guests have access to a pool table, ping pong table, arcade games, life-size games, board games, and children's books and toys - enough to keep every age group entertained. A ceiling fan keeps the space comfortable through a full day of play.
Living spaces
The living room flows easily between relaxation and productivity, with a dedicated workspace in a private room for guests balancing a remote working schedule. The family room connects directly to the kitchen and opens to the pool patio, making that indoor-outdoor transition effortless.

A fully equipped kitchen is stocked with everything your group needs. Appliances include an LG refrigerator, GE stainless steel electric stove, stainless steel oven, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, Keurig, hot water kettle, toaster, and blender. Cookware, dishes, wine glasses, baking sheets, and barbecue utensils are all provided. Breakfast is included with your stay, and the dining table seats the whole group for shared meals.
