Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience. Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay. It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Only a 60 minute drive to Florida Gulf Coast offering great beaches such as Clear Water Beach. Fast wifi speed and all smart TVs in bedrooms. Located in a prime location in the Clermont area, just 5 minutes to I-4 for easy access to all of the major attractions. Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (19 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (15 minutes)
Our pool villa is easily accessed with our keyless smart lock and is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. This will also disarm the alarm. There are 2 exterior cameras. One in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.
Five bedrooms, a private pool and spa, and a game room that runs all day - this Orlando Area home was built for groups who want to stay in, spread out, and still have everything they need for a full Florida trip. The layout is open and easy to move through, with skylights brightening the staircase, sliding doors connecting indoors to the backyard, and dedicated spaces for every kind of guest.
Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 14 across five bedrooms, plus a queen sofa bed in the family room. On the first floor, the master ensuite offers a king bed, standalone shower, large soaking bathtub, and sliding doors that open directly to the pool area. A second ensuite upstairs features a king bed. The remaining bedrooms include a room with 2 queen beds, a themed room with 2 single beds, and a room with 1 full bed and 1 twin bed. Every bedroom has a smart TV and ceiling fan. The family room adds a sectional sofa with a queen sofa bed and its own smart TV.
Indoor living
A dedicated workspace sits in a quiet room with a door - a reliable setup for remote work or itinerary planning between park days. The air-conditioned game room is the heart of the house: 55-inch TV, pool table, foosball table, arcade games, life size games, and board games. A children's playroom stocked with books and toys for all ages keeps younger guests happily occupied, and baby safety gates provide added peace of mind throughout the home. Central air conditioning, central heating, and room-darkening shades keep every room dialed in, day or night.
Kitchen and dining
The fully equipped kitchen features a Maytag refrigerator, Maytag stove, Maytag stainless steel single oven with built-in air fryer, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, and both drip and Keurig coffee makers. Granite counters and stainless appliances give the space a clean, functional feel. A dining table seats the group together, and cooking basics, dishes, wine glasses, a hot water kettle, and a baking sheet are all on hand.
Outdoor living
Slide open the back doors and step into a fully fenced private backyard ready for long, easy days outside. The private outdoor pool and spa are open year-round, 24 hours a day - heating for either is available for an additional fee. Sun loungers, outdoor furniture, and an outdoor dining area give you plenty of room to settle in. A BBQ grill with charcoal, electric, and gas options is on-site, and a half bath opens directly to the pool area so you never have to track back through the house.
Family and extras
The home is fully stocked for families: crib, pack 'n play, standalone high chair, children's dinnerware, and an outdoor playground are all included. A free in-unit washer and dryer, iron, extra pillows and blankets, and cotton bed linens are provided. The 65-inch HDTV streams Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Disney+, Fire TV, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, and Roku alongside standard cable. Exercise equipment and a shared gym nearby are available for guests who want to stay active. Breakfast is provided. Four driveway spaces and free street parking are included. Two outward-facing exterior security cameras - one at the front, one at the back - are in place for guest and host safety. A smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are all on-site. Housekeeping is available at an extra cost.
