Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Room-darkening shades throughout keep things cool and restful when it's time to recharge.
Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 12 guests across four bedrooms, each with a ceiling fan and Roku Smart TV:
Master Suite - King bed, direct access to the pool and spa, ensuite bathroom with bidet and soaking tub
Second Master Ensuite - King bed, private ensuite
Bedroom 3 - Queen bed
Bedroom 4 - Bunk bed (full over full)
The family room's two queen memory foam pull-out sofas provide additional sleeping flexibility for larger groups.
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from a quick morning coffee to a full family dinner. You'll find a Whirlpool stainless steel electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher, along with a Keurig and drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, baking sheets, cookware, wine glasses, and all the basics. Gather around the dining table inside or take meals out to the pool area - the choice is yours.
Bathrooms
Three bathrooms serve the group, including the master ensuite with a soaking tub and bidet. All are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and hair dryer.

A fully air-conditioned game room keeps everyone entertained regardless of the weather. It's loaded with arcade games, a pool table, a ping pong table, life size games, and a Roku Smart TV. Inside the home you'll also find board games, children's books and toys for all age groups, and an indoor playroom - plus an outdoor playground in the backyard.

I liked this property, it was in a nice neighborhood, the pool and hot tub were great. Management was very responsive and replaced the can opener that was broken the next morning.
