Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

A second living room, anchored by a 65" Smart TV, gives everyone their own corner to unwind after a full day out. Laminate flooring runs throughout - low-maintenance and practical for a group coming in and out from the pool all day.

The master suite delivers a proper retreat - a king bed, private ensuite bathroom, ceiling fan, and a 57" Smart TV for winding down at your own pace. Bedroom 2 goes all-in on a Toy Story theme, complete with a themed bunk bed that younger guests tend to claim the moment they walk through the door. Bedroom 3 carries a Mickey Mouse theme with a queen bed, ceiling fan, and a 55" Smart TV. Bedroom 4 rounds things out with a queen bed, ceiling fan, and a 57" Smart TV - a quiet, comfortable base after a long day at the parks.
Kitchen & dining
Feeding ten doesn't require a reservation. The full kitchen is stocked with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, baking sheet, wine glasses, and a complete set of dishes, silverware, and cooking basics. Barbecue utensils are ready when dinner moves outside, and the dining table pulls everyone together when it matters.
Bathrooms
Two bathrooms serve the home, including the private ensuite off the master suite. Both are stocked with hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and hot water. A bathtub, bidet, and cleaning products are also on hand.

When the parks can wait, the dedicated game room steps up. A pool table, ping pong table, and arcade games keep competition going across every age, while a 57" Smart TV and ceiling fan make it just as easy to settle in here as anywhere else in the house.
