Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Bedroom 3 carries a Mickey Mouse theme complete with a queen bed, 55" Smart TV, and ceiling fan. Bedroom 4 is a relaxed queen room with a 57" Smart TV and ceiling fan - a comfortable retreat after a park-packed day.

The fully equipped kitchen handles meals for the whole group with ease. You'll find a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, baking sheet, wine glasses, and a full set of dishes, cookware, and cooking basics. A dining table brings everyone together, and barbecue utensils are ready for anyone who wants to fire up the outdoor grill. Coffee is provided.

Two bathrooms serve the home, including the private ensuite off the master suite. Both are stocked with a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and hot water. A bathtub and bidet add extra comfort.

The private pool and spa sit at the heart of the outdoor area - pool heating is available for a fee, making a dip enjoyable any time of year. A BBQ grill, outdoor furniture, and a patio complete the setup, giving the group a relaxed spot for grilling and gathering under the Florida sky.
