Centrally located with only 60 minutes to our world famous beaches. Other Attractions includes minutes to the new Margaritaville offering tons of restaurants, state-of-the arts water parks and weekends Concerts and Car Shows, and a dining in Movie Theatre
Located in a prime location in the Clermont area, just 5 minutes to 192 that leads to I-4 for easy access to all of the major attractions. Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (19 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (10 minutes).
Close to World-Famous Golf Courses and loads of shopping. Walmart is only 5 minutes away ...We are close to Hospitals and Medical Facilities as well.
The Village of Clermont is 15 minutes away and is set around a lake that offers loads of Weekend Activities including local Restaurants
Home is equipped with keyless smart locks and alarm. Access is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sleeping arrangements
The first-floor master suite opens directly to the pool deck through sliding glass doors and features a king bed, walk-in closet, rain shower, soaking tub, bidet, Smart TV, and ceiling fan. A second master suite upstairs mirrors the same king-bed comfort with its own Smart TV and ceiling fan. Three additional bedrooms complete the layout - a Mickey-themed twin room, a beach-themed room with two queen beds, and a fifth room with a queen bed - each with a Smart TV and ceiling fan. The family room adds a sectional sofa with a queen pull-out bed and memory foam mattress, bringing total capacity to 14 guests.
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is stocked for family-scale cooking and features a large island, GE stainless steel electric stove, stainless steel oven, built-in air fryer oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, hot water kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blender, baking sheet, and a full set of cookware, dishes, and wine glasses. Breakfast is provided. The adjacent eat-in dining area keeps mealtime relaxed and connected.
Family room & entertainment
A 65-inch HDTV with Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, premium cable, and Roku anchors the family room, where a sectional sofa and ceiling fan make it easy to wind down after a long day out. Large sliding doors connect directly to the pool deck, bringing in natural light and easy outdoor flow. A dedicated workspace with a door is also available for anyone needing to work remotely.
Game room
The fully air-conditioned game room is stocked for every age - pool table, foosball, air hockey, ping pong, life-size games, arcade games, chess, board games, and a 55-inch Smart TV with Roku. It's the kind of space that turns a rainy afternoon into a highlight of the trip.
Pool & outdoor area
Step outside to your private screened-in pool and spa - both available year-round, open 24 hours. Heating for the pool or spa is available for an additional fee. The pool deck is furnished with outdoor seating, patio umbrellas, and a private gas BBQ grill with barbecue utensils. A half bathroom off the family room provides convenient access directly from the pool area.
