Luxury 10 Bed w/Pool, Home Theater, & Gameroom!

The house was amazing and had enough space and bathrooms for everyone. The heated pool and hot tub were a definite hit. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The resort waterpark had a great pool and a ton of chairs for sunbathing. The houses are very close together and you can hear the neighbors partying from the upstairs back bedrooms. The house hasn’t had a deep clean in a while. There was urine and hair around toilets. The railing to the upstairs was sticky and visibly dirty. The princess beds would break when you sat on them. We reached out to the host and they were very responsive. Unfortunately we weren’t able to coordinate a time for the cleaning crew to come back and remedy the cleanliness, instead we received a 130 credit. The house includes a few starter items, including salt and pepper and a couple dishwashing tabs, two laundry tabs, two garbage bags, and three rolls of tp per bathroom. We had to purchase dish soap and sponges for washing dishes. The pictures for the listing are fairly accurate, except there were no chaise lounge chairs by the pool. There was only one popcorn flavor in the theatre room, the machine was dirty and didn’t actually include oil to make popcorn. The welcome basket was a thoughtful idea, but ours was six cans of soda, which looked like leftovers from someone else’s stay since they had Santa on the cans and we came in May and they were going to expire in a week.The negatives are very small in comparison to the great time we had.

The property has lots of amenities and very family friendly. The house was not as clean as it should be. There was pill from previous guest found on the floor in a bedroom and the floors had been swept but most likely not mopped. There were a ton of beach towels for the pool but only one bath towel and washcloth per guest for a 5 night stay. There was also no dish soap and only2 trash bags and one of the requirements is that all trash is in a bag. A baby gate for the steps would have been an added bonus.

This house was perfect for our group of 12, that was comprised of 3 families who had never traveled together. The house was well equipped and met the needs of older teens celebrating their senior trip. The management / owners were responsive to a couple of requests and minor issues we had. We would recommend.

It was a beautiful house. Plenty of room for everyone. We could’ve used some additional seating out by the pool. The listing shows 2 additional lounge chairs, which would’ve been nice. We looked forward to having some family gaming competitions on the Nintendo switches, but you had to have 4 different Nintendo accounts to use them all together. It would’ve been nice if they would’ve been ready for use. We appreciated that the house had 2 sets of washer/dryers for our party of 12. Overall, very nice property.
