- Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay
INCLUDED IN YOUR RESERVATION:
- We maintain the pool/spa at 70 degrees. If you’d like it warmer, just let us know at least 48 hours before arrival so we can have it ready for you. Pool (85) / Spa (103) heat is available for $45/day or $270/week plus tax (minimum 2 consecutive days). The spa runs on a wall-mounted egg timer in 1-hour cycles and shares the same heating system as the pool, so it won’t reach hot tub temperatures unless pool heat is turned on / egg timer is engaged. Please note the pool system will not operate at full capacity when Air Temp is 50 degrees or cooler. No pool heat refunds will be offered based on weather conditions. Please let us know if you’d like to add heating or if you have any questions!
- Guests are welcome to use the grill and fire pit free of charge. Please note that propane is not included or provided. Any propane left onsite by previous guests is available for your use, but we cannot guarantee the tank will be full. Let us know if you would like to purchase full propane tanks before your arrival.

The pool was used every single day, sometimes just for a little bit and sometimes all day long! Lots of floaties available and exactly what we needed! The house was awesome and we allGot to enjoy our own unique spaces, the owners were responsive for anything I needed and were very helpful. We would recommend and would stay again!

First impression was great! The upstairs was what pictures showed all bedrooms and bathrooms where great. The down stairs is really getting used couch had stains and rip, frig needs replacing wish there was two for so many families. Stove and micro need updating. One negative the kitchen really is not stocked for large families. There were no board games extra linen or blankets. They need to update their amenitiy list. The washers are both not working condition one was ok and the dryer in garage needs looking at also. There are two tables which is great but once again used and abused. The pool area was wonderful but grill not usable and would have been nice to know because of paying for new tank. That being said the location , the water park and size was great.

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing!The house was everything the pictures showed and more.Clean, well stocked with all necessary essentials, and the use of the resort amenities was an added bonus.The host was great to work with and very informative.We will definitely book again.
