Four miles from Disney and about 15 minutes from Epic Universe's Super Nintendo World, Mario's Magic Mansion is the Orlando home base built for big, multi-generational families — the kind of group that wants everyone under one roof with plenty of room to spread out. Eight themed bedrooms sleep up to 26, so parties of 17, 20, even 25 all have their own space to land at the end of the day. Add the hand-painted Mario game loft — indoor slide, arcade machines, black lights — plus a heated pool, spa and BBQ grill included free (most Kissimmee homes charge $25+/night just for pool heat), and guests keep telling us the same thing: their kids loved the house as much as the theme parks.
🎮 THE MARIO GAME LOFT
Step into the loft and you're no longer in a vacation rental — you're inside the Mushroom Kingdom. Hand-painted Mario murals cover every wall, life-size question mark blocks and character pop-outs bring the game to life, and barrel wall sconces, cloud light fixtures and a Bowser castle set the scene. At night, flip on the black lights and the whole room transforms — the Piranha Plant glows, the characters' eyes light up, and Bowser's castle burns with fire in the windows. Then there's the slide, the arcade machines, the pool table, air hockey, foosball and Nintendo Switch. Adults can settle onto the loft couch for a movie or some gaming while keeping an eye on the kids — it all happens on one floor. Don't be surprised if your family votes to stay in instead of heading to the parks.

The house is spacious and could easily acommodate our 20-adults group. We had everything we needed and we loved the themed spaces! Communication with the hosts was quick and efficient. Highly recommand!

22 family members, adults and kids of all ages, used this home for our annual family get together. We lived the house and the community center, it was clean, decor was great, and Ryan and Amanda were great hosts and responded quickly to any inquiries. Would highly recommend!!

While our stay was overall enjoyable, we were very disappointed in the maintenance and cleanliness of the home. It was as advertised regarding the layout and decor. However, the home was not clean or maintained - hair in showers, smeared food on walls, cockroaches downstairs (not palmetto bugs like we saw on patio), pots that were half washed, beds with only a blanket and no top sheet, and toilets that barely flushed. None of the special effect lighting worked (a big draw for us choosing the home), half the regular light bulbs around the home were burned out, games they touted for the family to play were all mixed up and missing pieces, remote controls were missing and not working, and patio furniture was unraveling. After reporting lights not working, we were asked to submit photos and check breakers. Though I didn’t feel this was our responsibility, I did so and received no further response. It wasn’t worth spending our stay arguing and going back and forth with the unresponsive owners, so we made the best of things while there. After our stay I did mention our concerns again before leaving an official review and again excuses. I have always been able to leave great reviews on Vrbo but I would not recommend this home to anyone. As we often referred to it during our stay, it was “lipstick on a pig”. There are many well maintained homes in the area. Don’t be fooled by the lights a glam- bc odds are they don’t work anyway!
