We will make sure you enjoy the house as much as we do, from our private pool to the awesome arcade room, or the amazing resort facilities. This home is sure to provide you with the best Florida has to offer.

Inside the 16,000+ sq. ft. | 1,500 m² clubhouse building you will find The Grille Room restaurant and bar, concierge desk, a movie theater, fitness center, game room, and more. Among the outdoor amenities are two temperature controlled pools, a lazy river, 2-story water slide, children’s water play structure, sand volleyball, rentable cabanas, poolside food and drink service, and the Tiki Bar. Separately, the community also features 7 tennis courts and the Champions Gate Country Club golf course.

This home was wonderful and as advertised! We had a large group of family and it had plenty of room. Kids had a great time in the pool and adults had great time playing pool in the garage. Movie room and theme rooms were great! Owner was very responsive. I would highly recommend this home for large groups!

The house is beautiful. The rooms and beds are comfortable. Everything is in working order. The property manager was very responsive. We had lots of fun and we will consider rentibg this house again.

Our family of 7 greatly enjoyed this property. The house is very spacious with beautiful bedrooms and a family friendly pool area. We liked the neighborhood and appreciated the close proximity of grocery, coffee and gas. Checking in was a breeze and the host was EXTREMELY responsive to all questions/requests.

So mostly good, it's tough to make coffee without filters and since there coffee maker does not come with one and they don't leave anything from previous renters, you know you can't buy just a couple filters, morning coffee was not available. We booked the house for 16 people and there was exactly 16 towels. I requested extra towels several times, must cost them a lot to leave extra towels in the bathroom Linen closets, we never received more towels. We also paid to have the pool heated, highest temp in the spa was 84. It was set at 101, so something was wrong. The house itself was great, kids had a blast in the game room and swam in the pool, not the adults, just the kids. The bedrooms were nice, mattresses, not so much. We have stayed in a lot of vacation homes and this was the first one that had fewer amenities than a hotel. Whoever cleans for them leaves nothing left behind for the new renters. Their are no mixing bowls, no pitchers to make tea, no Ziploc bags, foil, cling wrap and no spices for cooking. We rent a home so we can cook, kinda hard to do that with only salt and pepper. All in all everyone had a nice time but I won't be back. Justthe first morning
