Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

A second suite offers a queen bed with its own en-suite bathroom. Two themed bedrooms - one Harry Potter-inspired and one Toy Story-themed - each include two twin beds, smart TVs, and ceiling fans. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room adds flexibility for larger groups.

Step through the back door and you're into the screened outdoor area - the heart of the home in Florida's warm climate. The private inground pool and spa are available year-round, open 24 hours, with heating available for an additional fee. Sun loungers and outdoor furniture make it easy to settle in for the day, while the dedicated outdoor dining area is set up for long meals with the whole group. The private gas BBQ grill and barbecue utensils are on hand whenever you're ready to cook outside, and the private backyard with garden views gives younger guests room to roam. An outdoor playground rounds out the space for the little ones.

We had a fantastic time at th is property. The hosts were super communicative and accomodating. The property is just as described and was very clean. We appreciated the snacks after a long drive and loved the pool. We would absolutely stay here again.
