Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

The home sleeps up to 10 guests across 4 bedrooms. The king master suite includes a private bath with soaking tub, separate shower, and direct pool access. A second bedroom features a king bed, while the Harry Potter themed room offers 2 twin beds for the younger guests. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed. Every bedroom is equipped with a smart TV and ceiling fan.

Outdoor living
The oversized pool anchors a private backyard designed for full-group relaxation. Sun loungers, outdoor furniture, and a dedicated outdoor dining area give everyone room to settle in. A BBQ grill on the patio makes cookouts easy any evening of the week. Pool heating is available for an additional fee. Lake access is available nearby, and both free on-premises parking and free street parking are provided.

Home safety & access
Exterior security cameras are positioned at the front and back of the property - none face the interior. A smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are all on-site. Self check-in via smart lock makes arrival smooth and flexible. A laundromat nearby and resort access add further convenience. Long-term stays are welcome, and housekeeping is available at an extra cost.
