With a perfect beachfront location, you will have no trouble getting your fill of sunshine on the warm sand. Plus, the indoor and outdoor shared pools, sauna, and fitness center will also spoil you and your guests when you aren't venturing out into the city. Any downtime spent at home base will be a treat for the whole gang, as the chef of the group can hop into the full kitchen prepare tasty recipes on modern appliances while everyone else gathers in the living room to kick back and watch a favorite show on the flatscreen TV. The private balcony will be just the place to sip cocktails and watch the pinks and purples of sunset reflect off of the emerald water below. Plus, everyone will sleep well with plush mattresses in each of the three bedrooms as the sound of the tide is ever-present just outside.

Please note that group rentals are not allowed at Summer House on Romar Beach. No more than 5 units may be rented for groups of any kind. Any bookings found to be in violation of this policy will result in a fine of $500.

We stayed the end of July 2025. This unit was all you could ask for. Rooms were clean and large. Location was very convenient for quick shopping and groceries. The place was nicely decorated and large. Elevators were fast. Loved it!!!

This condo was amazing! The location could not be any better. It provided a beautiful view of the gulf and was a very short boardwalk to the beach. We will definitely be back. The room was so pretty and a great size for our families!

Won’t be staying with Vacasa again. We have stayed at this complex multiple times and our second stay at this specific unit. This time we were not happy. The pool was closed for construction even though our reservation confirmed it would be open until August. The WiFi was out. When I contacted Vacasa they said they couldn’t help with WiFi to call the internet company. No apologizes or explanation for the pool. I was baffled the response was “it’s raining you couldn’t use it anyway” a simple apology would have went far with me. We come every year and will book outside of Vacasa next year. Pros are the location and ease to get to the beach, units here have large balconies and having two king bedrooms is great.
