Summer House 103A by Vacation Homes Collection

The property was right in front of the beach and the pool so we could sit on our patio and watch the kids swim or watch the dolphins jump.

When we arrived our feet were black from walking the floors so the cleaning crew did not clean the floors. There needed to be updates done to the condo. The master bathroom door did not lock. The master bedroom door was hard to get open, the handle would twist but the latch wouldn’t move. The outlet in the master bathroom needed to be fixed because it was coming off the wall and hard to plug my hair dryer in. The air didn’t seem to circulate. At night with the bedroom doors closed the room would get so warm. We also didn’t like that The tennis court and basketball court is across the street from the condo. I will however say the owners were very pleasant and responded to any issue we had very quickly. They were wonderful.

Convenient to beach, pool, and activities. Very clean, security, and maintainence on site cleaning daily. Everyone was extremely nice. Enjoyed large living space.and well stocked kitchen, especially the beverage cooler was a bonus. Family friendly. Enjoyed seafood from Lartigue's Seafood on patio, close enough to still be hot. We loved our stay and look forward to coming back soon.

Beach and pool access

The room had a horrible smell upon entering and got progressively worse. In the second day I contacted the company and they said they would send someone out. We worked with putting cleansers in the garbage disposal followed by oranges and limes and it made it bareable. By evening of the next day noone had come and I canceled the request. Then the toilet overflowed and house keeping brought "towels" to the door and left. The furniture in our unit was too dirty to sit on! We covered the furniture with sheets. The rug is equally as nasty! The dining room chairs are not only nasty but completely worn out. The throw pillows are so dusty and need to be thrown away. The bed are very unformfortable. We were lucky enough to have pretty good weather during our stay with minimual time indoors. This is not a unit I would recommend or rent again.
