Was really nice, we had stayed at Summer House multiple time and this was by far our best experience.

It was a nice location that needs updating.
The location was wonderful!
The living room furniture wasn’t comfortable at all. Needs updating. And everyone kept hitting the long chandelier over the table. The master bedroom had bugs on the floor and the mattress was hard as a rock. The bedding was very thin. And didn’t have enough covers to just lounge. The back patio needs nicer lay out chairs or some sort of chairs.

Convenience to the pool and beach and surrounding restaurants and shopping. The parking was good.
The parking passes needed to be paid first, which was not clear in the Instructions. The refrigerator needed maintenance as soon as we checked in. Wasn’t cooling. The matter was taken care of immediately. They put in a mini fridge while the refrigerator was under repair. They reimbursed us for some of the food that went bad due to the low temperature condition. The large couch had a minor odor. May need to be looked into. The guest bathroom had a leak issue in the light fixture above the toilet that drip down. The issue had to be taken care of the entire trip with fans and heated blowers. The bathroom was in full operation.
