Condo was very nice and very well stocked

The ice machine was out of order. Repair guy came to check it out and said he ordered a part…
Then washer sounded like it was about to bust through side when on spin cycle. Got same response…part ordered.
I imagine they are “ordering the part” every time someone stays there.
Also beds need new matresses in all rooms.
