We loved this Condo. Large balcony with doors from each bedroom to the outside. Pit group and table and chairs to sit on outside, so lots of seating area. Full wagon on balcony to use with boogie boards, sand toys, and chairs to take to the beach. The beds were all comfortable and had nice linens on them. Kitchen had everything we needed, but no spices or items left from other guest to use when you cook. But it does have all the equipment and utensils needed. The one thing we missed most was no ice maker in the freezer. Unit was on the 12th floor, but elevators were always quick, with little wait. We even took the stairs occasionally. Construction was going on during our stay, but never had any problems, nor did it affect our stay at all. We will be coming back!

Overall a good stay just annoyed with construction impeding entrance point to pool and overall layout of amenities (hot tub and indoor pool across parking lot in separate building). The room is spacious but left a bit to be desired on cleaning when a cleaning fee was paid. Has good vibes just needs a few improvements to make it ideal for everyone. Good location in light of few drawbacks

My family of 4 and my sisters family of 4 stayed in this condo. We adored it. Plenty of room for us all and especially the 4 kids ranging from 6 months to 9. The views were phenomenal they even had a beach wagon and beach chairs to take down to the beach. Two box fans in the closets which we highly appreciated bc who doesn’t love a box fan at night 😂 easy check in and check out. Supper accommodating when there was a miscommunication on our arrival date. They were fantastic to work with and made our vacation stress free and none of us wanted to leave at the end of the week!! **also the ice maker was a game changer for filing up coolers to take to the beach each day!! Kudos on that one!!!

The condo was a great size, clean and beautifully decorated. The balcony is everything!! It was equipped with lots of sand toys and chairs which was so great! The negatives are: 1) it advertised a pull out queen couch. We had 10 people so we needed that pull out couch. When I contacted the property management company they said maybe there is a blow up bed in the closet. We look and found it however we could not find a cord to plug it in. Luckily we brought our own just in case. 2) the kitchen did not have a skillet to cook in. I let the property management company's know and they said they would get one. However it did not arrive. The kitchen had a little one egg skillet but no skillet to prepare a meal. We however brought an electric skillet with us. The property managing company was very responsive when I reached out. Overall the place is spectacular! Beautiful view and easy access to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay, there was a housekeeping issue when we arrived but the owners took care of it ASAP and they were very easy to deal with. The only downside was that it under construction on the outside and we weren’t notice about that until the week before our trip and one of the elevators didn’t regularly work and we were on the 12th floor. The inside condo was great with a great view and balcony. We would stay again.

Super beautiful condo with lots of space. Elevators are quick. Check in was easy. I do wish there were towel hooks around the condo and some extra blankets. The beds are pretty hard other than in the double queen room and none of the headboards are attached to the walls so it be annoying if you rolled over suddenly. Overall, a really nice place to stay. Walmart is right down the road so groceries were a breeze. There are also several carts to help get things up the room. We would stay again.

This is a wonderful condo on the corner with a perfect beach view. The large wraparound porch allows for morning coffee with a beautiful view. There is plenty of room. We stayed with 6 comfortably. All the amenities are there, including an ice maker which made cooler packing a breeze. We had a great, relaxing stay, and will definitely come back!

We loved the view from this unit and all of the amenities that the property offered. We also loved how close we were to the pool and beach. The inside of the unit was very clean and had plenty of space for our family. A few things could stand to be replaced(the coffee table, a lamp and the cushions on the outdoor furniture) but other than that we really enjoyed staying at Summer House

Rental was as advertised on listing. My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Summerhouse 1201A. The views were great and the place was clean. All amenities were in working order. Being on the 12th floor I was worried about long lines for the elevators but they were fast. The only things I would suggest is a little updating on the outside of the building and maybe adding more mirrors throughout the rental. It was difficult having 6 teenage girls and only 3 mirrors throughout. Definitely would stay again and recommend this place to others!

We had a great stay at Summer House. 1201A was super clean and the beds were comfortable. The location is perfect and close to many shops and restaurants. The balcony and view were the best part. The outside of the building could use a little facelift but the inside was updated beautifully. The only complaint we had was the hot water was not the best. Barely one person could get through a shower without losing hot water. But overall, this condo is fabulous.

Summerhouse Condo is a well updated unit. The wrap around patio and large windows make this a great place to stay and enjoy the Beach. The complex itself is maintained well and in a good location along the beach. We did leave some non perishable items and I hope they don't get thrown out as they are items that you only need a little of, like salt and pepper and half a bag of charcoal. Communication with property management occurred via text. I think my only complaint was that we arrived 15 minutes before check in and it seemed that the text with the access code arrived exactly at 4pm (check in time). Management knew we were there as I texted them upon arrival and they responded. It would have been nice to access the unit when we got there rather than wait.

Just what we needed

Our initial impression upon arrival was not the best. I texted with estimated arrival time, as requested, but didn’t receive a response until I reached out again and was told we could not check in even 10 minutes early. A little annoying, but you can’t always expect early check-in. The building itself appears old and some areas of disrepair, but the condo was updated and appealing. The contractor that did the work was obviously in a hurry because some of the work is sloppy (crown molding that just stops, grout all over tile, shoebase not even painted), but I only notice those things because I’ve been around contractors half of my life. The air conditioner duct also appeared to be leaking into the upper cabinet to the left of the stove, as I had to leave a towel there at all times to catch the water dropping. The beds were all very comfortable, the sofa was great for snuggling up to watch a scary movie and the balcony was great. Plenty of space for everyone to hang out. The real winner was the ice maker! That was a nice surprise. We loved that the unit was close to the pool and the boardwalk to the beach was short. The company that has the beach chair setup provides those wooden sling type chairs, not the nice cushioned lounge chairs that many places do, just fyi. Overall we really enjoyed our time and wound definitely stay again.

The condo was beautiful and perfect for our family. Don’t worry - the outside of the building could use a facelift, but the condo itself is decorated beautifully and had everything we needed. Kitchen is fully stocked with items needed to cook. We loved the beach wagon filled with chairs and a few toys for the kids. The views from the patio were hands down our favorite part. The owner was easy to work with and responded to messages almost immediately. We will be back!

Place was as described physically. Beautiful balcony and view and nice modern beach furniture. Only negative was the included extras. I could not find iron and iron board which they stated on line that was included. several dress outfits were wrinkled from travel. I contacted the number which I assume was the management company. No one got back to me. I waited and after an hr reached out to the owner? and within 10 mins the management company reached out. They stated they would deliver one. It never came. The night before we were to leave ( we were there 3 nights) a new person from that company reached out and said it was going to be delivered tomorrow. I told her do not worry about it because we were checking out. She did apologize. At the same time we discovered we ran out of toilet paper and paper towels. We were only given 1 extra for each bathroom ( we had 5 people staying there). They did deliver it later and ended up delivering the iron board that night. I just wish for how much we had paid they would provide us with more than 1 toilet paper roll, extra laundry detergent and more paper towels. The place is beautiful but it’s the extras that make you come back again.

Room was as beautiful in pictures. I’m afraid of heights so I was worried about not being able to go onto the balcony. What I didn’t know was that you have to cross a very very long hallway in order to get to the room with only a railing. I had to climb 12 flights of stairs the first night just to get to the room. After that, I had to close my eyes and have my daughter lead me everywhere. Asked to change rooms and they did have another room on the seventh floor which was right near the elevator. But my daughter didn’t want to move to that room because it wasn’t near as nice. So we stayed there. And by the end of vacation I was able to walk down the long hallway with my eyes open if I looked straight ahead. Just a warning to anyone who is afraid of heights. Other than that, the people were great to work with and the condo was absolutely beautiful. I would recommend it to anyone unafraid of heights.

All was great EXCEPT that in order to get to the tennis courts, you had to cross a VERY busy road. There was no way for my kids to do this independently. It was dangerous for my husband and I to-do. I didnt not see this explanation in the description of the property. I was misled when advertising the property with tennis courts.

The condo looks exactly as the pictures shows. The owner responded quickly to our text when we had problems and corrected them as quickly as they could. The condo was beautiful, recent remodel with new furniture. Did not initially have beach chairs as indicated in information but these were provided to us by Day 3. Owner should add iron and ironing board fir the guests but overall it was great I would recommend it

Great and beautiful stay but.......

Let me just start off by saying we had a great time and it was a nice condo, but, when I pay as much money as I did, I expect top notch. I picked this condo based on pictures and the title saying newly updated 1.2 million renovations or something like that. I was like well, freshly updated I'm all for it..... Fast forward. So we get here and everything goes smooth with the check in and we go to the condo and when you walk in, it's looks beautiful and smells clean. We go to unpack our groceries and luggage and go to look around and notice quite a few things that, to me, should be looked at and addressed before someone else stays in here. So I'll list them now. In the pictures on the listing mind you, this stuff was not shown...... Check in was at 4, we were told that property cleaning managers were in there still but we could enter, so we did. But to say check in was at 4 and then go up to find out they are still there was odd. Then little things weren't put back (vases still in the floor, etc), It was missing a door that covers the washer, there looks like water damage from above floor maybe? Near washer and dryer, the underneath of the cabinets in this newly renovated room weren't finished, one of the showers had a soft spot in the floor, both room fans either had no pull string to adjust fan strength or light, light switches were connected to tv/outlets, plugs were very inconvenient in rooms for phone charging, no mirrors in rooms except one, towels rack in bathroom, coming off the wall, some of the dishes in the drawers looked dirty, the fully stocked kitchen (utensils and things) were limited, the room with the 2 beds, you couldn't even get to the closet because the bed was up against it, outside patio furniture was block a sliding door entrance/exit, and one or more of the sliding door locks didn't lock, and the beds were hard as a rock!! Now that sounds like a lot wrong and it is, but, it didn't ruin our stay. It's just for what we paid and our first time staying in a condo and not a hotel, I expected better. As far as the people, we never really met anyone, because that's not the way you check in here, but through texting everyone was super nice!! It was a great stay and a beautiful view, but next year, we may try somewhere different or hope they've fixed these issues by then!

This beachfront condo was everything we expected, and more! The Gulf views were amazing and we spent hours on the balcony relaxing to the sounds of the waves. The remodel of this unit was done to perfection. From the color choices to the comfortable furniture, it felt like "home". We will definitely be back!!! Linda

Loved the ice maker. Great investment. AC stopped working and it was addressed and fixed immediately. Comfortable furniture. Would stay again for sure. Only negatives- invest in potholders for the kitchen. Need a vacuum or better broom for sand.
