The All-New Summer House on Romar Beach has recently undergone a beautiful refresh, featuring both structural and cosmetic upgrades to the building. Guests will notice fresh exterior updates, improved common areas, and thoughtful enhancements throughout the property - all designed to elevate the comfort and experience of staying at this beloved Orange Beach destination.
Summer House 1402A is a three-bedroom, two-bath Gulf-front condo with incredible views from the 14th floor.
Unit Features:
• Access to the balcony is from the living room and primary bedroom
• Wood tile flooring is throughout the unit
• Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for a home-away-from-home; dining area seats six with two additional barstools
• Washer and dryer are inside the unit
• Living area has a sleeper sofa
• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed
• Second bedroom has a king-size bed
• Third bedroom features two queen-size beds
• Keyless entry - no waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out
• Guests are provided a maximum of two parking passes upon arrival. Monthly guests are required to purchase passes on a monthly basis ($50/car/month, maximum of two cars)

The property and pool were very nice. The staff working at condo very friendly. The condo itself could use some upgrades on appliances and cleanliness of dishes and utensils but would stay at Summer house again!

We loved our stay. The condo is perfect, except the AC stayed at 95% Humidity never got cool at night. We had an HVAC guy come, and he found no issues. Doors to the balcony stayed shut unless we walked out. Suggesting Fans for future visits. Living room fan has 1 speed (LOW). All in all the condo is GREAT!!! Just have to get used to warm nights. Thank you again for a wonderful Vacation.

We loved our stay at this condo . It was so close to every thing we needed and the condo was just beautiful! We will definitely book again soon!

The condo was perfect for the four of us. The best part was being able to sit out on the balcony listening to the waves and enjoying the view! The drive to the area attractions was also a breeze. The only downside was the furniture. If you like a firm mattress, you'll love the king in the guest bedroom. If not, it could make for some long nights. Additionally, the furniture overall was a bit hard.
