The condo was beautifully decorated! The beach access was close and easy. Had a few maintenance issues- ice maker didn’t work, patio door was difficult to open, exhaust fan in master bathroom didn’t work, secondary bath had drainage issues. They did send people out to work on the patio door and bathroom issues. Hopefully they will be repaired for the next guests.

Mgmt. company made check in and check out easy. They weren’t needed for anything else, but can tell they would be responsive if anything was needed.

Beds were amazing! Nice bathroom upgrades ! Definitely needs some TLC in kitchen and living areas. Did not have hot water when we arrived, came to fix the next day. The ice maker was broken … The toilet was leaking in a one of the bathrooms and a plumber had to be called
