As is standard for vacation rentals in our area, we do not offer daily housekeeping or restocking of amenities, unlike a hotel. We enjoyed everything about the condo! The only thing I wish was different was the thermostat. It seemed we were not able to control it ourselves or atleast it was difficult to control.

The location of this condo was near the stairs in an elevator. The second floor balcony had a great view of the pools and beach. Easy access. The kids really enjoyed the pools… Both the indoor and outdoor pools. The condo is conveniently located to everything you need in the area restaurants Grocery store souvenir shops. The condo was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Our grandson slept on the pullout couch, which was high-quality. Plenty of space for everyone. Our only recommendation would be to upgrade the pillows on the beds. We loved our stay would definitely do it again.

We were upset that there was construction around the outside pool for 7 of the 8 weeks we were there. They barricaded the pool area so we couldn’t even enjoy the lounge areas. Sitting on the balcony was impossible due to the construction noise. Then as a last slap in the face they drained the pools! There was no dedicated pantry area in the kitchen to store items. Also the thermostat was impossible to set, it constantly reverted to a lower temp that must have been set by the owners. As a result we both caught colds from the cold air blowing right in our faces on the sofa.
