Summer House 1105A

The beaches were clean, the trash chute out side the door was nice! Pools were big and clean . Bed was comfortable! Close to everything, monitored parking, the have a ice vending machine outside which was super convenient. Check in and check out was a breeze!

The only complaint we had were the pictures of the condo were deceiving. The pictures were made on .6 and made the condo look much bigger than it is. It's quite tight in the kitchen and bathrooms. It worked out for us but it just was alot smaller than we expected. The balcony looks alot larger as well but it is a really nice size. The walk to to the beach looks forever away in the pictures but it isn't a far walk at all. Ice machine next to the dishwasher didn't work, neither did the ice machine in the fridge. Need a pizza cutter added to supplies. These are just suggestions. Nothing really to complain about we had a wonderful stay! Our dryer didn't work and maintenance came out and fixed it.

Location was excellent had a Waffle House across the street. But I cooked all our meals breakfast and dinner

The dryer was a bummer it took 3 times to get fully dried towels

Well maintained and landscaped. Cleaning/Maintenance crew do a great job daily. We have been visiting the area for over 20 years, and this was the best property yet.

Everything was great. The unit, the complex, and the grounds all exceeded our expectations.
