Welcome to Summer House 101B, your beautiful Gulf-front retreat in Orange Beach. This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo is the perfect home away from home for your well-deserved vacation.
Situated on the 1st-floor corner unit in Building B, this condo offers stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and easy access to a large private balcony from both the living room and Primary bedroom. Relax and unwind as you listen to the soothing sound of waves crashing against the shore.
The Primary suite boasts a comfortable King bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bath with a large walk-in shower, providing a tranquil oasis for relaxation. The second bedroom features a cozy Queen bed, while the third bedroom offers two Twin beds. Both guest rooms also have balcony access, flat-screen TVs, and share a conveniently located bathroom.
Enjoy modern amenities and comforts throughout the condo, including free wireless internet, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and tile floors that add to the coastal charm. A full-sized washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience, allowing you to pack light and keep your beach attire fresh.

This is the perfect rental for a family with children! You can walk right outside for easy access to the pool, walkway to the beach, and a grass area for kids to run a play! Beautiful view of the beach! We did have a minor issue at check-in, with the condo not yet cleaned, but this was resolved quickly by sending a clean team while we sat on the patio enjoying the view and watching the kids live their best life. Excellent communication and response time! We will definitely be back as soon as we can! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your condo!

The location of this property is unmatched!! Access to the pool and beach is steps away from the patio which is amazing especially if you have little ones. Although this unit is great, I did feel as though it could use a good deep cleaning- especially the bathrooms. However, like I said, this place was great and I would definitely stay here again in the future!!

The location within the property is great. If you are planning to cook a lot, good luck. There was only one knife worth using. There were no cookie sheets. Lots of glasses and coffee mugs, etc.
