Welcome to Summer House 101B, your beautiful Gulf-front retreat in Orange Beach. This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo is the perfect home away from home for your well-deserved vacation.
Situated on the 1st-floor corner unit in Building B, this condo offers stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and easy access to a large private balcony from both the living room and Primary bedroom. Relax and unwind as you listen to the soothing sound of waves crashing against the shore.
The Primary suite boasts a comfortable King bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bath with a large walk-in shower, providing a tranquil oasis for relaxation. The second bedroom features a cozy Queen bed, while the third bedroom offers two Twin beds. Both guest rooms also have balcony access, flat-screen TVs, and share a conveniently located bathroom.
Enjoy modern amenities and comforts throughout the condo, including free wireless internet, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and tile floors that add to the coastal charm. A full-sized washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience, allowing you to pack light and keep your beach attire fresh.

Great location on bottom floor with beach access. Huge patio area, grass area was great for kids to play and unwind after a day at the beach.

Check-In process was super easy. The closeness and ease of access to the pool and beach was incredible — especially with impatient kids. I loved this place! The only small things I noticed were: the water pressure in both bathrooms — one was super strong and straight, the other was slow and drippy, and make sure to bring extra trash bags and toilet paper.

We were super impressed with the property! Very spacious, located on the bottom floor. so no need for elevators! Quick access to pool and beach. Very well stocked with everything you would need in the kitchen. We will definitely be booking this room again for our future beach trips!
