Layout, perfect for a young family. Location, perfect local to the beach for the price. Washer didn't work correctly, dishwasher didn't work and beeped the whole time, and internet was spotty (glitch during tv). Like a previous person said, house needs tlc. Still gets 4 stars due to layout and location.

Really great place to stay. Perfect location for our needs. The floor is grey laminate. When our six year old grandchild went without shoes or barefoot the soles of her feet turned completely black. So the floor needs a good cleaning.

Had a great time on the island. Only complaint would be the back porch lights not working. Other then that it was great and very spacious

We always enjoy Dauphin Island. The walk was short to the bay side or gulf. Unfortunately structure wise the could have been better. Beds were very firm, rusty nails and screws all over the deck and ground, chipped dishes, enamel was flacking off pots and pans, back door doesn’t shut fully as the lock is rusted very bad, the beds had sand and hair clumps on the sheets.
