Hodnett Cooper is pleased to present this two-bedroom, two-bath condominium located at the St. Simons Beach Club - the largest oceanfront condominium community on the Island.
Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.
In the heart of the St. Simons Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two secluded hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access, barbecue grills, and a tennis court, as well as a fitness, and business center.
This unit condominium has wireless internet.
All Beach Club residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area.
Beach Club 326 offers complimentary in-room high speed internet service and a good ocean view across the courtyard.
Bedding Includes: 1 King, 2 Twins
Beginning 9/6/2026, The Beach Club will be undergoing a roofing project starting just after Labor Day and continuing through November. During this time, vacation rentals are expected to remain available, and the association anticipates minimal disruption. Guests may experience some intermittent noise throughout the complex and temporary parking restrictions, while other areas of the community may not experience any noticeable impact.
Beach Gear Credit Now Included! Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayKLife, a beach delivery service provider, to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March through October, and receive a daily credit from VayKLife towards beach gear rentals during the stay! The room was very clean and in a great location. This is not your typical rental where there are condiments and hygiene remaining. It is corporate owned and items like toilet paper are rationed- bring your own! Location was perfect- right in the. Each!

This locatuon was great for our stay on St Simons Island. The condo was as advertised. The management company was very good about letting us know about checkin, services if they were required and checkout was all very simple.
If planning are taking umbrellas and chairs to the beach, be sure to have a wagon or something to help with the transport through the same.
Also be patient for the elevator.
This is a family friendly location and offers beach and pool as well as access to riding paths.
