This unit features a fully-equipped and updated kitchen, private balcony, and a combined living and dining area. The floors have been updated throughout this unit with hardwood and tile flooring. The kitchen table seats 4. The nicely decorated master suite has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with both a garden tub and a shower. The guest bedroom features a set of twin beds and the guest bathroom is around the corner. Your balcony view is the right side of the resort, toward the Grand.

**** During Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and GA/FL - only ONE parking pass is provided.
Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

• There are 3 TVs located in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
• Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towel and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

The property manager was very helpful.

Overall the stay was ok. The location along with the pool area are by far the best part of this property. Although the condo was clean overall, it is very dated and had an old/musty smell to it. If I had known that it shared a wall with the stairwell and elevator , I would’ve booked another room. Whenever anyone opened or closed the door of the stairwell or used the elevator, it was extremely loud in the master bedroom.
