This two-bedroom, two-bath condominium, offered by Hodnett Cooper, is located at the St. Simons Beach Club - the largest oceanfront condominium community on the Island.
Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.
In the heart of the St. Simons Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access and barbecue grills as well as a fitness, and business center. All Beach Club residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area.
Bedding Includes: 1 King, 2 Twins, 1 Sleeper Sofa
Beginning 9/6/2026, The Beach Club will be undergoing a roofing project starting just after Labor Day and continuing through November. During this time, vacation rentals are expected to remain available, and the association anticipates minimal disruption. Guests may experience some intermittent noise throughout the complex and temporary parking restrictions, while other areas of the community may not experience any noticeable impact.
Beach Gear Credit Now Included! Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayKLife, a beach delivery service provider, to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March through October, and receive a daily credit from VayKLife towards beach gear rentals during the stay! Great stay! Wouldn’t recommend for direct beach access. You have to walk through a marsh through knee deep water and filled with mosquitos so we just parked about a mile away at a church and beach access was great there. But overall was the perfect location and minutes to the strip with shops and food. Awesome stay! It was me and my family (family of 5). Memorial Day weekend and not too packed at all. Definitely a little hidden gem.

The condo was great and exactly as described! We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach from the condo and utilizing the hot tub when the beach got too cold. It was very well stocked, just missing a hot water kettle, we had to boil water in a soup pot to have some tea. Make sure to ask for the gate code ahead of time, when we arrived we had to follow another car in. I reached out via message to the host to inquire for it, but they never responded.
