This two-bedroom, two-bath condominium, offered by Hodnett Cooper, is located at the St. Simons Beach Club - the largest oceanfront condominium community on the Island.
Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.
In the heart of the St. Simons Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access and barbecue grills as well as a fitness, and business center. All residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area.
Beach Club #137 features complimentary in-room high speed internet service.
Bedding Includes: 1 King, 2 Twins, 1 Sleeper Sofa
Beginning 9/6/2026, The Beach Club will be undergoing a roofing project starting just after Labor Day and continuing through November. During this time, vacation rentals are expected to remain available, and the association anticipates minimal disruption. Guests may experience some intermittent noise throughout the complex and temporary parking restrictions, while other areas of the community may not experience any noticeable impact.
Beach Gear Credit Now Included! Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayKLife, a beach delivery service provider, to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March through October, and receive a daily credit from VayKLife towards beach gear rentals during the stay! This would be the second time we stayed at the Beach Club in St. Simons. We like the area. The condos are in pretty good shape. This one probably could stand to use some freshening up, but it was clean and comfortable. A couple of things I'd probably like to pass on to the owners would be that the cookware is showing signs of use but not enough yet to prevent us from using it. The TV had a blue hue to it but we were still able to watch our Canes on the way to the Stanley Cup. The pool area is great and even though it's a walk, the beach access was good. We used our credit with the equipment rental people to get some chairs and a shade which was good. My only beef there was that they never mention that there is a "delivery" fee tacked on to the order so it wasn't completely free. Parking is very tight here as the spots are very small. I really don't see how big trucks can squeeze into them. It's a nice relaxing place with plenty of amenities and within walking distance to several restaurants.

Hallways too small, musky odor, parking awful, tub leaked at bottom, filter in dryer not stationary. Elevator way too small. Picture of condo on internet was enlarged, compared to actual size
Overall a good stay with some accomendatios. No one to check into so sorta on your own.
