Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.
In the heart of the St. Simons Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two secluded hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access, barbecue grills, and a tennis court, as well as a fitness room and business center.
All Beach Club residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area.
Beach Club 430 is located on the top floor ocean end, and offers beautiful ocean views from two balconies, the living room, guest bedroom, master bedroom, and dining area. The condo is very dated and the shower in the main bedroom is not adjustable - as I am short it was difficult to use. The furniture is old and so worn it is no longer comfortable .

Unit could use a little TLC. Mosquitoes were a big problem. The marsh land needed spraying. Guests with children should be made aware of how kids should behave in this type of environment. Running up and down hallways is not acceptable. That's why I left early.
