Hodnett Cooper is pleased to present this one-bedroom, one-bath condominium located at the St. Simons Beach Club - the largest oceanfront condominium community on the Island.
Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.
In the heart of the St. Simons Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access and barbecue grills as well as a fitness, and business center. All Beach Club residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area.
Bedding Includes: 1 King, 1 Sleeper Sofa
Beginning 9/6/2026, The Beach Club will be undergoing a roofing project starting just after Labor Day and continuing through November. During this time, vacation rentals are expected to remain available, and the association anticipates minimal disruption. Guests may experience some intermittent noise throughout the complex and temporary parking restrictions, while other areas of the community may not experience any noticeable impact.
Beach Gear Credit Now Included! Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayKLife, a beach delivery service provider, to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March through October, and receive a daily credit from VayKLife towards beach gear rentals during the stay! The room was cute and worked fine for our stay, but we were unable to do laundry which was very disappointing. The washer is from 1981 or 1993...I googled the serial number. Not a joke. 30-40 years old. It fills with water then sits and either shuts off completely until you mess with the dial, or just drains. No agitation, no actual washing of the clothes. It holds about 3-4 towels and when you finally can get them out, the dryer takes about an hour and a half to dry them. 3 towels. Don't get me started on the mold in the washer. The bed is so firm, it's convex and the couch sags. The first plate I pulled out was clearly not washed. It was fine and otherwise clean, and worked for our stay. We would definitely not rebook this unit though the resort itself was nice.
