Real Escapes Properties is proud to introduce you to Beach Club - Unit #303. Everything in this beautiful two bedroom, two bath ocean front condominium has been renovated and updated!

This residence features a fully equipped and renovated kitchen, private balcony with ocean views, and combined living and dining area. The dining room seats six comfortably and there are two additional bar seats at the coffee counter.

The master bedroom features a queen sized bed, flat screen tv and a gorgeous en-suite bath – with both a walk-in shower and whirlpool tub. Not ready for bed? Tucked inside this spacious bedroom is a perfect spot to read a good book. The guest room has two twin-size beds and shares access to the balcony along with the master bedroom. Your balcony is on the outside of Beach Club, overlooking North Breakers.

The Beach Club on St. Simons Island is the largest oceanfront complex on the island and known as a well-established gated community with beautifully landscaped grounds and loads of amenities. This long time destination favorite for families and couples caters to a lifestyle of comfort, convenience and leisure. Amenities include a large swimming pool, children's pool, two hot tubs, a tennis court, fitness center and business center with complimentary internet access.

While you are there, pick up some brochures featuring the bike/walking trails on the island or where to hunt for the Island Tree Spirits. Hungry? Some of the Island’s best restaurants are in walking distance.

Parking is available for two vehicles under the condominium complex. Elevators are accessible in many different locations.

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
• No pets are allowed in this unit.

**** During Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and GA/FL - only ONE parking pass is provided.

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

• There are 2 TVs located in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
• Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towel and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

This property was just right for four adults. Beach was close. Restaurant chouces were close by. Thank you for a memorable trip.

This is the 4th year we have come to the island for a family reunion and this year we all stayed at various Beach Club condos! Our unit was clean, well equiped and we enjoyed our stay! Hope to be back next year!

The Beach Club property itself is tremendous. It's everything you could ask for in a property. This was our third trip to the Beach Club,. Most expensive unit we have stayed in. The unit needs a thorough cleaning. Attention to detail is lacking. Check in process was not necessary. We had to go to a offsite location to pickup an envelope with key chain holders with the access codes on them. Stayed in the past at other units in the BC where that info was just emailed to you prior to your arrival. Then on the way out you had to stop and drop off. Just an totally unnecessary step in the process. We had a great time at the B/C more because of the location and amenities then the unit itself.
