Perfect for two families vacationing together, a few couples, or an extended family seeking both privacy and togetherness on the Oregon Coast, this four-bedroom, oceanfront duplex on the shores of Rockaway Beach also offers two distinct living spaces connected by an outdoor breezeway.
This duplex home comprises two side-by-side, two-bedroom portions, with a total of four bedrooms and two bathrooms. A long deck runs the entire length of the back of the house and a sandy path leads you down to the beautiful beach. Inside, you'll find that each side of the duplex features an open living space that's full of natural light, large picture windows, and comfortable furnishings. Each side is also equipped with free WiFi, its own washer/dryer, a flatscreen TV, and space to dine at both a breakfast bar and a bistro table.
THINGS TO KNOW
The free WiFi will support streaming, but please note that it is not high-speed.
The fireplaces are not for guest use.
We do not encourage swimming here, due to the cold temperatures of our waters and dangerous rip tides.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
