This multi-level gem offers a private elevator, hardwood floors, a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a comfortable environment for your family to enjoy. Guests also have central air conditioning and free WiFi.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Our stay was overall consistent with the other very positive reviews. Difficult to beat the proximity to the beach with the size and accomodations for a family/larger group. The elevator (definitely old and slow, not really for regular use) was helpful for unloading all our stuff. Extra layout details that may be helpful for planning: the very large and well stocked kitchen is on the top 4th level along with the main family/living common area. A very large master suite with dedicated ensuite bath and another nice sized queen room with dedicated ensuite is on the 3rd level, another large master suite with a jack and Jill bathroom to another queen room is on 2nd level. Level one is tandem covered parking easily fitting 2 full size SUVs. There's also a hose there for spraying sand off before heading up). We all thought the beds were very comfortable (my parents actually joked about buying the same bed for their home), the porches are nice, especially on the top level. (The door to the second level is broken so use caution). Some minor repairs are definitely due such as bathroom towel racks and the balcony door but overall was in good condition. Some of the bedroom rugs are probably due for a deep clean or replacement, but we felt the home was very clean and we'll kept overall. As far as the location, you can walk within a block to a strip that has a bar, alour favorite restaurant of the trip (Liquid Assets), sunsations, and a nice Asian fusion restaurant where we ate twice.

The location was incredible. Only about 1/2 block from the beach. I had a severe sprained ankle and being so close to the beach was wonderful. The house has an amazing layout, beautiful and just as it was described online. We were extremely happy with the place and we will definitely come back.

This home has plenty of room for a large family to rent. It is close to the beach and other fun attractions and restaurants. The kitchen is well-appointed. Seamless check-in and check-out.
