About this house rental
Bella Mar is a spacious three level townhouse with private parking below and five balconies you can enjoy views of both the ocean and the bay! Location is less than a block walk with direct access to the beach. Mid town location is perfect to enjoy all of the local restaurants, shops and activities. Enter the unit onto a half-level foyer area with stairs to the first floor. The first floor has two bedrooms and a shared bathroom is located between the two bedrooms. There is also a laundry closet on the first floor. The second level living space has a spacious living room with new flat screen TV, a fireplace, a large sleep sofa, dining area and modern kitchen with granite tops. This entire floor is completely finished with wood laminate floors. The third floor has two master bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom. Non-smoking. No pets, please. Linens and towels are not provided.

Beautiful unit , I really liked the idea of 5. Balconies, when I needed quiet time from the grands I was able to hide . Communication with host TOP NOTCH! Also enjoyed all views from balconies, short walk to Beach and close to my favorite Deli “Seaside Deli” . Will definitely stay again!!

We had a great stay at David’s condo! The location is perfect. It is just a short walk to the beach, which made our trip so easy and enjoyable. The condo had everything we needed, especially for beach days and cooking meals, which was a big plus.Check-in was quick and hassle-free, and David was very responsive throughout our stay. When we needed maintenance, he had someone there within an hour, which we really appreciated.Overall, it was a comfortable, well-equipped place to stay, and we would definitely come back again!

There were a few loose or broken trimmings like door handles, screen doors and window shades, but overall it was good.

The kitchen was full of ants and had ant traps all over. The window above the sliding door on the main floor leaked and had water in the house. One of the bedrooms on the upper floor did not have sheets and had to go purchase sheets.
