About this apartment rental
St Kitts 103 is a unique 5BR, 4.5 bath single floor condominium with great ocean views. Just one building back from the ocean. Enjoy beautiful hardwood floors, a designer kitchen and 2,650 square feet of living space. Large wraparound balcony with great ocean views. Two bathrooms with hall access and one half bath by laundry room. Bed sizes include 1 king, 2 queen, Pyramid Bunk with trundle, 2 singles and a queen sleep sofa. Guests provide sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish.
Non-smoking Non-vaping. No pets, please. This property rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season.

Great communication with property manager. Plenty of room for most of the family to be together for a little Christmas beach getaway. The only complaints would be kitchen supplies - we have stayed here before, but this time it seemed like there were no "good" cooking pans, large bowls etc. And for as large as the place is, there needs to be more comfortable seating in the living room. otherwise, it's does have space for everyone to sleep comfortably, shower, toilets etc... We will be back again because we really do love the space.

Everything was great! Only cons I have is linen package should come with dish towels and there should definitely be toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags supplied as these are essentials,. We didn’t realize we needed those things till after we grocery shopped. This store was closed by the time we realized we needed them.The water heater definitely needs to be fixed as it is so loudAnd somebody should clean under the trundle bed

We had a wonderful time because we were with family. However for the price of the condo I was very disappointed. It was very dirty. All of the bedrooms except for the master bedroom were very beat up . They looked like they have not been painted in years. The furniture was sketchy in all of the bedrooms. Old and dirty and not sturdy! The ancient TV in the pink room was a joke. And the pots and pans in the “well equipped kitchen we’re basically not usable. With a little bit of money and elbow grease that place could be pristine and I would actually rebook and recommend to friends. But not in the shape it’s in now.
