Each of these oceanfront townhouses includes a spacious living room opening to one of the three oceanfront decks. The lower deck has direct access to the beach. The kitchen has all major appliances with a separate dining area. Not perfect, could use a better cleaning service but over all it fits our family and is a great functional space. We brought a few box fans to help with the AC. Our family spends time at the beach, not in the house so it works out well.

Upon entering the house was stuffy and had a mildew odor to it. Listing states there is AC, it does not say there is a wall unit on each floor and will not cool the house. The AC units were placed on the street side of the house only. The people who were staying in those rooms rarely had privacy because they needed to keep their doors open for air flow. The house was FILTHY!! Floors were not swept/vacuumed. Sand and dust was everywhere. The beds were very uncomfortable. Furniture is outdated but usable. Their location was great. Views of the beach were great.
