Experience the Ultimate Ocean City beach vacation in this beautiful Penthouse Condo - almost 2000 sq. ft. of living space, sleeps 12 with 3.5 bathrooms! This luxury and completely renovated vacation duplex has an open terrace and cathedral ceilings with 20 ft. high windows for spectacular views of the Maryland and Delaware coastline, as well as the inter-coastal MD/DE bays and waterway. Located in the top two floors of an Ocean Front Hi-Rise, views from the condo extend all the way to Bethany Beach, Delaware. The First Floor has an open concept kitchen with custom cabinets, stone surface counter tops and stainless-steel appliances. The open concept continues throughout the living Room and dining areas. The first floor Master Suite has a king size bed and full bath. A second full bath on the first floor provides a private bath for guests sleeping on the luxury air mattress double sleeper-sofa. Take the spiral staircase up to the second floor and continue taking in the breathtaking views. The second floor has another Master Suite with two double beds and full bath, A third large upstairs bedroom has two queen beds. Finishing the second level is an adjoining Loft that is a fabulous living/sleeping area and includes a queen sleep sofa. A fourth bathroom (half-bath) and laundry room complete the upstairs. All three bedrooms (and Loft) have beautiful Ocean views and large flatscreen TVs and both living areas have large Smart TVs.
Free in-unit Wi-Fi internet access for all guests. This is a non-smoking condo and is a Saturday to Saturday rental. The Quay charges a non-refundable registration fee upon arrival to the building. The owners are awesome! They were there when we arrived and were very helpful. They noticed we had small children and offered up some of their personal baby gear to accommodate our stay. We took them up on the offer for baby gates to block off the spiral stairs which they personally delivered that evening!!! The location was exactly what we were looking for and advertised. The beach at this unit is large, clean and the waves are perfect. Overall, the rental unit was clean however, there is an opportunity to improve on the details. For example, we noticed hair in the bathrooms, the plunger was dirty and just set directly on the floor. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking to have a great summer getaway!

The place is beautiful and it is a great location; however, the air conditioner was broken. While I’m happy the owner didn’t cancel our reservation as a result of the lack of air conditioning since it broke only a week prior to our visit, it was very uncomfortable. The owner tried his best bringing in portable air conditioners where he could and fans, but we were on the 25th floor. The temperature in the condo never went below 78 degrees. To try and keep the temperature down we had to keep the blinds drawn so we were unable to enjoy the view. Also, the condominium notified us that the hot water would be turned off for 3 hours in the morning right in the middle of our stay. Needless to say we had to adjust our schedule. All we got were apologizes. I understand that this was an unforeseen event but given the amount we paid for the condo, we will not return.
