One of the most unique homes you can find on Folly Beach, this retreat sits on a private nature lot that boasts a private salt lake, dock, and over an acre of land! Don't worry about a long commute to the beach, as the beach access path is less than a block away for the surfers to get their fill of The Washout', a favorite local surfing spot. When you want to get a bit of fresh air and sunshine at home base, there is a large deck on the back of the home which also has a spiral staircase going up to a second deck landing. The deck right off of the living room and kitchen has a large custom-made picnic table that will seat all of your guests and overlooks the lake, making it a great spot for dining alfresco! The second-floor deck area has a love seat and chairs which usually has a nice breeze and is a great place for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Not to mention, there are two outdoor showers and a gas grill to rinse off sandy toes or host a cookout in the fresh air.

Inside, you will find the newly renovated interior boasting beachy decor, plush furnishings, and a gourmet kitchen equipped with a gas range, wonderful views of the lake, stainless steel appliances, and a dishwasher for easy cleanup. There will be no need to be disconnected on this trip either with free high-speed WiFi that is ready to assist in streaming favorite movies or allowing guests to attend Zoom meetings. When it is time to hit the hay, each of the bedrooms promises a serene night's rest.

Things to Know

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: There is a camera by the front door, one on the back of the house facing the Lake, and one in the private, locked owner's closet.

Dock details: No swimming in lake.
It is small and just a few feet from the house.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book. Guests under 30 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
