About this house rental
This is a custom-built personal home that was built in the late 90’s. It has 3 bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths. Bed space: one king, 2 queens, and one futon, and a couch.
There are 2 sun-decks upstairs, large front porch, screened in back porch with sun deck. Spectacular views from every angle of the house. The beach is a about a 200 foot walk.
There is a washer and dryer, 2 cable TVs and Wi-fi.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils and china.
Sheets and towels are not included.
This is the owner’s personal home and will be rented only to family groups (10 people or less). House parties, weddings & other large events are not permitted.
The house is pet friendly with enclosed dog pen underneath the house. Pets that are not housebroken will not be tolerated.

Such a perfect location and the dogs loved it too! If you don't want to walk to beach, you have a great view of the marsh or beach from the porch!

Coasting was a lovely home right on the marsh and across the street from the beach with easy access. It was quite comfortable with a lived-in feel. Since we had our dog, we wished there had been more area to walk him since there are restrictions on the times a dog can be on the beach. We also love to cook, so some improvements to the kitchen and utensils would be appreciated. All in all it was a lovely visit.
