Welcome to Palms Two! This large Southern style beach house is perfect for large families to gather only a block from the beach. The home lives large and sleeps at a total of 12 guests. Open living spaces inside and huge porches will make this a repeat destination for years to come.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This spacious home features 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, offering plenty of room for families and groups. Downstairs, you'll find the primary suite, complete with a king-size bed and a spa-style bathroom. Two additional guest bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-size bed, are also located downstairs and share a full bathroom conveniently situated just down the hall. Upstairs, there are two more private bedroom suites, each featuring a queen-size bed and its own attached full bathroom. The second floor also includes a large bonus game room, perfect for keeping everyone entertained during a rare rainy day at Folly Beach. Guests can enjoy foosball, air hockey, and a TV, along with two sleeper sofas.
OUTDOOR & INDOOR LIVING
The outdoor living area has outdoor dining area and gas grill on the back of the house as well huge porch on the front of the house with rocking chairs. Kitchen comes fully stocked with all of the gadgets and tools even the most discerning family chef would require. Basic cable only. Amenities include free WIFI, dishwasher, and washer/dryer.
HOUSE SUPPLIES
This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.
PARKING & CHECK-IN
Parking for up to 4 vehicles is free in the driveway. Uber and Lyft are very scarce on the island, please plan your transportation accordingly. Check-in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am.

The home is a short walk to the beach, and only 13 miles away from historic downtown Charleston. We do not rent to party groups and require a minimum age of 25 to rent. No smoking. Would rate Palms II more than 5 stars if I could! Good communication, details listed in description are exactly as is and this house was perfect for our needs. I loved that there was so much space- nice seating areas for multiple people but could also be comfortable separating into other areas of the house. Quick walk to the beach but no view of the water if that is important to you. Could ride bike or drive into the main area of folly beach, a little far to walk. Area around the house is safe and quiet.
