Please note: This property is located in a quiet residential community. Folly Beach has a strict one-strike noise ordinance policy. Please respect the neighbors, keep noise to a minimum, and do not host parties.
You must be at least 25 years old to rent this home.
Contactless Check-In: This home offers a keyless entry system. We will provide the access code before your arrival date.
There is plenty of parking in the back lot of the property.
We do not provide beach equipment, but guests are welcome to use anything available at the property.
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
The Folly Beach noise ordinance is in effect from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Pets are considered. All pets must be approved by our office before arrival. Upon approval, a $150 plus tax nonrefundable pet fee per pet is due before arrival. If the fee is not already included in your reservation, it will be added.
Pet restrictions:
One pet maximum
No more than 40 pounds
No puppies under one year old
No cats
Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not considered service animals under Titles II and III of the ADA and are subject to approval and applicable fees before arrival.
Smoking is not permitted inside or outside the property.
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, and similar gatherings are prohibited.
Maximum occupancy is 10 people at any time during the stay.
Payment Policy
We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days before check-in and will be charged to the card on file.
Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking.

Perfect for our little group!! Two couples, grandmother and five grandchildren ranging from 10months to seven years old. Short walk to beach!! Dock was great for boys to crab and fish. Vey quiet and peaceful. We all enjoyed our stay!!

Loved the easy access to both the marsh and beach. Really felt like we had so much space to ourselves. Houses were clean and everything we would need was provided in the start kits. Will definitely be returning.

Our family had a wonderful time in these cute cabins. Loved how secluded they were and yet only a short walk to the beach. Very clean with what looks like new appliances and probably some of the best dishware I've seen in a vrbo.The hosts were very communicative, and they were very quick to respond to any issues we had. They sent maintenance out within a couple of hours. I can't express enough how above and beyond they went with helping.
