Whether you’re looking for a vacation rental to explore the beautiful city of Dijon or a short business trip, you’ll be welcome at Mans’Art.
Completely renovated in a contemporary, industrial style, the apartment is located on the 2nd floor (accessible by elevator) of a new building. It can accommodate up to 4 people.
The apartment features built-in closets, and the spacious rooms create a comfortable atmosphere in a very bright setting. It’s also a quiet place to stay.
⚠ Reminder of the rules of good conduct that will be included in the lease agreement:
It is imperative not to cause any disturbance, day or night, due to noise, and it is imperative to adhere to the rules of good conduct in order to avoid neighborhood disturbances.
No disturbances will be tolerated after 11:00 p.m., whether inside or outside the residence, based on the principle that no one should cause another person a disturbance exceeding the normal inconveniences of living in a neighborhood.
For this reason, parties, parties, or any other disturbance (singing, playing guitar, or listening to music late at night or during extended daytime hours at high volume) may result in termination of the lease, with the tenant being evicted without notice or compensation.
PLEASE NOTE: A SECURITY DEPOSIT of 500 euros will be required upon your arrival. This amount will be refunded upon your departure, provided the property is in satisfactory condition (a check that will not be cashed is acceptable).
To keep costs as low as possible, we offer unfurnished rentals. However, for your comfort, you may choose the following additional OPTIONS:
BED LINEN, HOUSEHOLD LINEN, AND BATH TOWELS: 15 euros per occupied bed. However, if you prefer, you may bring your own linens.
END-OF-STAY CLEANING: You may choose to clean the property yourself; cleaning supplies and products are provided on-site. We offer an optional service to clean the apartment for you for 45 euros.
You will receive an email about a week before your arrival reminding you of these available options. Please reply to the email so we can best prepare the apartment for your stay.
