Elegantly furnished and tastefully decorated, this lovely 85 m² penthouse is located just steps away from several attractions in Paris!
Relax in the spacious and bright living room, which features a double sofa bed, multiple chairs, several bookshelves, and a work desk. If you prefer staying in, there is also a dining area where you can enjoy a meal with your loved ones!
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed to prepare a delicious meal, including a stove, oven, and toaster.
The dining area features a table that can seat four people.
The bedroom includes a queen-size bed facing a flat-screen TV and an integrated wardrobe. Upon arrival, high-quality hotel-grade linens are provided.
The bathroom is equipped with everything you need to refresh yourself: a shower, bathtub, toilet, and sink. Towels and toiletries are provided for your comfort.
Enjoy the stunning view from the terrace while sipping on a cup of coffee.
A covered parking space with an electric vehicle charging station is available for your use, if needed.
Please note that the apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
You will have access to Wi-Fi during your stay.
For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.
The apartment undergoes professional cleaning between each stay.

Bringing together Necker, Saint-Lambert, Grenelle and Javel districts, the 15th Arr. is a favorite among the locals and tourists and well known as an eclectic residential area where quaint shops around La Motte Grenelle metro station give way to the Tour Montparnasse skyscraper.
The Musée Bourdelle features sculptor Antoine Bourdelle's studio and garden where artists like Chagall also worked. André Citroën Park draws tourists and families to greenhouses and a tethered hot-air balloon that offers city views.
The district also offers many bars and restaurants. Visit Le Quinzième (a Michelin star restaurant run by the famous Cyril Lignac) and Jules Ardoise Bistro for a wonderful gastronomic adventure!
Take a stroll on the Bir-Hakeim bridge which spans along River Seine in Paris. It is one of the most beautiful bridges in Paris and is popular for the great views it offers on the river and to the Eiffel Tower.

My flat is easily accessible by various public transportation, the easiest is by train!
The nearest train station is La Motte Picquet-Grenelle (lines 6, 8, 10) - just 6 mins away on foot. There's also Dupleix Metro (Line 6) just 7 mins away. From these stations, you can go to various places in or on the outskirts of Paris!
Paris-Charles De Gaulle Airport is 35 mins drive from the flat.
Please note we do charge a 20€ late check-in fee after 10PM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.

This apartment was much better than I thought it would be. Probably twice the size of a standard Paris 1 BR flat, with full balconies on 2 sides.

Last minute booking and we walked into the largest Paris flat we’ve ever seen. Bed was comfy, everything we needed supplied. The owner obviously lived there part time, books, music, videos, tea, etc. the washer/dryer was very slow, had a problem and was serviced immediately. Great stay. Great location.

Wonderful! Great location, nice patios, easy access. So roomy and pull out sofa bed was comfortable. Only downside was no air conditioning so windows open and a few bugs. Didn’t use oven… or washer. A little expensive for us but location made it worth it!
