TBS 324 - Superb apartment with Eiffel Tower view

The location was wonderful. The apartment was nice and clean. And the washer was amazing after living out of a suitcase for 13 days. The elevator was a plus as we had stayed in a few places that didn’t have one so we got use to carrying our bags up. But even though the elevator fit one person and one suitcase we were grateful to have it. We unfortunately were in Paris during the heat wave. Fans were provided which was nice and a cold shower really helped cool us off at night. I am a lite sleeper so slept with ear plugs as the apartment is on a busy street with the windows open.

There was nothing that we didn’t like. The building is beautiful and has a lot of charm. Of course A/c would have been amazing during that heatwave but we know so many places don’t have A/C in Europe. So no biggy, we were grateful to have a nice clean apartment to stay in as we booked one back in April and it ended up being a scam. So for this place to have availability 10 days prior we were so happy with the view and price.

The lift was very tight and scary, and it didn’t work some times.

Brilliant view of the Eiffel Tower, bright apartment.

Not one lamp in the entire apartment, or dimmer lights. Only strong bright ceiling lights, which are too much in the evening or at night when you want to read a book or have a quiet conversation around the table. The building is also very old, which has its charm, but you can basically hear every little step the neighbours take, late into the night or very early in the morning. Windows are very thin, the wind blows through. And the apartment is missing a little decoration, walls are all empty. All in all it’s a little overpriced for what it is.

Отличное расположение и красивый вид из окна, рядом магазины и ресторанчики, достаточно спокойный и тихий район

Сильная слышимость соседей сверху и снизу, всё скрипит, с окон сквозит , в холодное время суток лучше не приезжать. Лифт малюсенький на одного человека , не всегда работает, спускаться и подниматься на пятый этаж по винтовой лестнице , особенно с тяжёлыми чемоданами , ужасно. Цена не соответствует качеству.
