La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de la Torre Eiffel, lo que hace muy fácil moverse y disfrutar la zona. El apartamento estaba muy limpio, la calefacción funcionó perfectamente y el lugar tiene encanto; es un apartamento bonito y con potencial.
Se nota falta de mantenimiento. Los pisos crujen bastante, varios enchufes no funcionaban, las habitaciones principales tienen poca iluminación y el baño no coincide con las fotos publicadas. Además, había una gotera junto al inodoro que estaba dañando la madera. Con mejor cuidado, la experiencia sería mucho mejor.

L une des Chambres a une Porte fermée donnant directement sur un escalier de service , c était extrêmement bruyant , laissant l impression qu ils étaient parmi nous dans la pièce . L état général visiblement non entretenu : robinet de la cuisine complètement dévissé , cuvette des wc , les branchements version multiprise suspendue Et puis l odeur , l odeur des canalisions des wc pestilentielle.
